12.   Mild air flowing north will cause and icy mixture to change to rain along the west slopes of the Appalachians and in the eastern Ohio Valley.

13.   Near the warm front, an icy mixture will fall from northeast Iowa to West Virginia.

14.   Showers will fall in southern Texas Sunday, but an icy mixture will develop Monday across the southern Plains.

15.   South of the snowy swath, precipitation will fall as rain or an icy mixture across parts of southern Missouri, southern Illinois and southern Indiana.

16.   The icy mixture will change to snow in northeastern Texas before tapering off later Thursday.

17.   The precipitation will begin as an icy mixture near the Appalachians from western Virginia to southwestern Pennsylvania.

18.   The rain will begin as an icy mixture in portions of northern New England.
