11.   When chicken is browned, remove and set aside.

12.   When the chicken is browned, push to the side, add the mushrooms and broccoli and reduce heat to medium.

13.   When the chicken is nicely browned, remove and set aside.

14.   When chicken is browned, pour off any excess fat.
