1.   At dawn Monday, the Macedonian army announced it had begun to withdraw its heavy weapons and armor in its part of the bargain and the weapons collection began.

2.   In the weapons collection, the Americans are providing some important resources.

3.   NATO immediately announced that the next weapons collection would take place on Friday morning.

4.   Parliament must back the package for NATO to resume weapons collection from ethnic Albanian rebels.

5.   Parliament must now discuss constitutional amendments before the alliance can proceed with the final phase of weapons collection.

6.   A smooth weapons collection would be the first step in a confidence-building process.

7.   A two-thirds majority is needed to move the peace process ahead and restart the weapons collection.
