1. Combine calamari with lettuce, sliced black olives, mushrooms, garlic and mozzarella cheese. 2. If time is short, you can save a little by using sliced ripe olives instead of the Kalamatas. 3. Spoon the sauce over the cooked fish and scatter the sliced olives over the top. 4. Top with grilled shrimp for a special treat, or stir sliced ripe olives and crumbled feta cheese into the cream cheese mixture. 5. Five big mussels are served with a selection of lettuce, raddichio, tomato wedges and sliced olives. |
