1.   Before serving, marinated olives may be refrigerated, but they should be removed from refrigerator an hour or two before serving.

2.   Also tossed in is a recipe for assorted marinated olives sampled at Olives restaurant in Las Vegas.

3.   Three other Thanksgiving tidbits I developed are even easier, starting with marinated olives.

4.   While hummus may come in institutional sizes, the pouches of marinated olives are small.

5.   With drinks, offer your own marinated olives, which take several days to cure.
