1. Place the asparagus in the dish, drizzle it with oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Place asparagus on side of plate. 3. Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, then toss to coat asparagus completely. 4. Place asparagus on a shallow baking sheet in one layer. 5. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and place the asparagus on a cooling rack. 6. Remove from oven and place asparagus in a bowl. 7. When ready to serve, place asparagus on a platter and drizzle vinaigrette over all. |
