1.   Add canola oil and gin, and mix to coat the chops well.

2.   Coat the chops in flour.

3.   Coat the chops with honey mustard to heighten the sweet and spicy flavors in their minty breadcrumb coating.

4.   Turn to coat the chops evenly with the marinade.
