1. Add oil, swirling to coat sides. 2. Add strips of bacon to the pan and turn to coat both sides with sugar. 3. Add the swordfish and turn to coat both sides with oil. 4. Add vegetable oil, swirling to coat sides. 5. Add beef and turn to coat both sides. 6. Coat all sides of meat with this mixture, rubbing it into surface of roast. 7. Coat all sides. 8. Coat one side of each medallion with some of the puree. 9. Combine the chicken, garlic and lemon or lime juice, turning the chicken to coat all sides. 10. Coat both sides of each fillet with the mixture. |
