1. Coat the chicken with flour. 2. Add the cornstarch mixture and simmer, stirring constantly, until the sauce coats the chicken. 3. Add chicken chunks, and toss well so that chicken becomes well coated. 4. Add marmalade to skillet and stir to coat chicken. 5. Coat the chicken in this mixture and set aside at room temperature for a few minutes. 6. Coat the chicken with the crumb mixture and place on a nonstick baking pan. 7. Combine lime juice and picante sauce and use to coat chicken well. 8. Coat chicken with remaining seasoning. 9. Coat chickens with the mixture, then season with salt and pepper. 10. Coat the chicken with cornstarch and fry in the hot oil in a frying pan until golden brown. |
