1. Let cake sit for five minutes to cool in pan before turning out on a cake rack to cool completely. 2. Then turn it out on to a wire cake rack to cool thoroughly. 3. Cool tart completely on a wire cake rack. 4. Cool tart shell on a wire cake rack while you make filling. 5. Let cool on wire cake rack. 6. Place a steamer rack or cake rack in the skillet, making sure the rack does not touch the liquid. 7. Place footed grid or cake rack large enough to hold fillets on baking sheet. 8. Place a cake rack over a baking sheet. 9. Place a footed grid or a cake rack large enough to hold the fillets on a baking sheet. 10. Place a large wire cake rack over a jellyroll pan. |
