Remove pan from stove and beat in the butter. 55. Remove pan from the heat and stir in mustard and salt and pepper. 56. Remove pan from the oven and place on top of the stove. 57. Remove pan to wire rack to cool. 58. Remove pans to a wire rack, and let cool slightly. 59. Remove the pan from the heat and add salt, a little at a time, stirring and tasting, until you like the taste. 60. Remove the pan from the heat and add the chocolate. |
