41. Remove the chicken to a casserole and keep warm. 42. Remove the chicken to a plate. 43. Remove the chicken to a rack or paper towels to drain. 44. Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and set on a cutting board to cool. 45. Remove chicken and pour off oil. 46. Remove chicken from bag and shake off excess coating. 47. Remove chicken from bone, and cut into thin strips. 48. Remove chicken from broth and transfer to large plate. 49. Remove chicken from buttermilk and roll in bread crumb mixture. 50. Remove chicken from grill immediately, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot or warm. |
