21.   Place in roasting pan or in bottom pan of broiler rack.

22.   Place lamb in roasting pan.

23.   Place remaining stuffing in bottom of roasting pan.

24.   Place roasting pan over two stove burners over low heat and add turkey fat.

25.   Place turkey, breast side up, on rack in roasting pan.

26.   Pour off fat from roasting pan, and add white wine, chicken stock and lemon juice.

27.   Place ham in roasting pan, fat side up.

28.   Place on a baking sheet or in a shallow roasting pan.

29.   Place on hot roasting pan in a single layer.

30.   Place pumpkin tops in roasting pan cut side down.
