11. Blend all ingredients until well mixed. 12. Blend ingredients on medium speed. 13. Blend the ingredients to a fine puree. 14. Blend all ingredients in a blender container until smooth. 15. Blend dry ingredients and stir in just until flour is moistened. 16. Add the flour mixture and pulse until all ingredients are blended. 17. Add the salt and continue whisking until all ingredients are well blended. 18. Add salt and pepper, vinegar and olive oil to pan and whisk until ingredients are blended. 19.
