1.   In medium bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, cornstarch, vanilla and salt until cornstarch is completely dissolved and mixture is well-blended.

2.   Whisk the sugar into the egg yolks.

3.   Whisk powdered sugar into creme fraiche.

4.   Whisk sugar into egg yoks.

5.   Whisk powdered sugar into mixture until it becomes smooth.

6.   Whisk sugar into egg yolks.
