1.   Cut two squares of plastic wrap large enough to overhang the tortilla press slightly.

2.   Haul out the chili pot and dust off that tortilla press.

3.   Open the tortilla press.

4.   You will need fresh masa, a heavy tortilla press, a comal or griddle and plastic wrap.
