1. A prepared fruit salad from Publix with a yogurt and lime dressing topped with a sprinkle of toasted coconut rounded out the meal. 2. Dust with powdered sugar, then scatter toasted coconut over the top. 3. For additional variety, add toasted coconut, finely ground nuts or a dash of spice such as cinnamon. 4. Garnish with the toasted coconut. 5. Once the mixture set, I cut it and rolled the squares in toasted coconut. 6. Remove them from the oven, sprinkle them with the toasted coconut and allow them to cool in their water bath. 7. Raspberry Gone Coconuts swirls raspberry and toasted coconut frozen yogurts with coconut cookies. 8. Roll each one in the toasted coconut. |
