1. Slice the mushrooms. 2. Wash and slice the mushrooms. 3. One very small knife for slicing the mushrooms. 4. Rinse, dry and slice mushrooms. 5. Slice the mushrooms in half and place on the frisee with a Parmesan crisp coming out of the middle of the two mushroom halves. 6. Thickly slice the mushrooms. 7. Wash, dry and slice mushrooms in food processor, and add to vegetables. |
