1.   Remove cheesecake from cooker and let cool to room temperature in pan on a rack.

2.   Remove cheesecake from water bath and cool on a rack.

3.   Remove the cheesecake from the oven again and cool in the pan on a rack and then chill, covered, overnight.

4.   When ready to serve, remove cheesecake from refrigerator.
