1. Add the vanilla bean to the pudding mixture and heat over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon or heatproof spatula until the mixture thickens. 2. Fold whipped cream into pudding mixture until no white streaks remain. 3. Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly. 4. Repeat layers, using remaining cake slices, pudding mixture and raspberries. 5. Spread pudding mixture over cream cheese mixture. 6. Spread evenly with remaining pudding mixture and top with remaining cake layer. 7. Spread the chilled pudding mixture over the second layer. 8. Spread half of pudding mixture evenly over cake. 9. Spread half of pudding mixture over cake. 10. Then top with half of the pudding mixture. |
