1.   For the full treatment serve the pudding warm with a scoop of ice cream on one side and a blob of whipped cream on the other side.

2.   Serve the pudding warm with softly whipped cream.

3.   Serve pudding warm garnished with creme fraiche and chocolate shavings.

4.   Serve the pudding warm, spooned onto individual plates, with a few tablespoons of the sauce poured over each.
