1.   For one thing, the software programs most commonly used to print envelopes sometimes conflict with the settings for printer drivers.

2.   It also comes with an address book that will print envelopes.

3.   Printing envelopes requires removing all paper from the tray.

4.   Printing the envelope to stuff the letter in can be more difficult, but even that is routine with the right writing programs and printers.

5.   Red is an auspicious color, and the envelopes are printed with gold lucky characters for more luck.

6.   Since I was already printing my envelopes, it was convenient to be able to print the postage, too.
