1. Mike poured the soup into bowls then quickly swilled out the pan. 2. Pour hot soup into warmed pumpkin shell and ladle into bowls at the table. 3. Pour hot soup over everything. 4. Pour soup through a chinois or fine mesh strainer. 5. Pour soup through a sieve. 6. Pour the soup into bowls, and top with additional oil, if desired. 7. Pour the soup into hot soup cups, and garnish with the paprika mousse. 8. Pour the soup into individual bowls, sprinkle with chives or parsley and serve at once. 9. Pour soup into bowls and slide bowls under broiler, close to heat source. 10. Rinse saucepan and pour strained soup back into it. |
