1.   Place pears on top, with narrow ends in center of tart.

2.   Place pears in large bowl and set aside.

3.   Place pears in the saucepan, discarding the lemon water.

4.   Place pears in blender or food processor bowl and process until smooth.

5.   Remove the cloth, and place the pears in a bowl until needed.
