1. Transfer butter to a sheet of wax paper, spreading butter out to form a rough log shape. 2. Mold dough into a log shape and then wrap with the waxed paper. 3. Place the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and roll into a log shape, wrapping tightly. 4. Roll up ice cream to form log shape. 5. Scrape dough into a long log shape lengthwise on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or greased and floured. |
