1.   Although the snowfall should be brief, several inches could accumulate from eastern Massachusetts to Maine.

2.   Before the snow ends, several inches could accumulate from the Poconos of Pennsylvania to Maine.

3.   But the snow will persist into the afternoon across eastern New England, where several inches will accumulate.

4.   On Sunday and Sunday night, several inches accumulated from eastern Long Island to Cape Cod.

5.   Several inches will accumulate by evening from Pennsylvania and northern Ohio to interior New England.

6.   Several inches will accumulate by Tuesday.

7.   Several inches will accumulate in northeast Ohio and northwest Pennsylvania as well as central New York.

8.   Several inches will accumulate in the western part of North Carolina, but snow will be mixed with sleet and rain farther east.
