1.   Do you like a touch of raw or roasted garlic, maybe some freshly grated horseradish?

2.   Even the green stuff, a hot grated horseradish sauce called wasabi, hurt less than one would guess.

3.   Freshly grated horseradish root, optional.

4.   Sprinkle with freshly grated horseradish, if desired, and serve immediately.

5.   The fish is topped with freshly grated horseradish to which lemon juice is added.
