1.   Exercise within your comfortable limit.

2.   The option must be exercised within five years.

3.   However, most economists do accept that some form of control is required, and that this has to be exercised within one of the alternative frameworks.

4.   If no date is specified the court would probably conclude that it was to be exercised within a reasonable period ending on the last day for exercise.

5.   The option was free and must be exercised within three months.

6.   The share option can be exercised within six months after the share placement is completed.
