1. Combine all souffle ingredients and spread in buttered baking dish. 2. Drain pears and place curved side up in a lightly buttered baking dish that will hold the pears in a single layer. 3. Drain, and arrange in a buttered baking dish. 4. Halve the peaches, discarding pits, and set them, cut side up, in a buttered baking dish. 5. If not using with a turkey, spoon the dressing into a large buttered baking dish. 6. Make a bed of the shallots and peppers in a buttered baking dish large enough to hold the steaks. 7. Pour into buttered au gratin dish or baking dish. 8. Pour this batter into the buttered baking dish. 9. Pour or spoon evenly into buttered oblong dish, such as a large loaf pan. 10. Put in a buttered dish or pan and bake to nice brown. |
