1. Dredge the fish in the bread crumb mixture, pressing crumbs on a bit to stick. 2. With a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the bread mixture and garlic. 3. Add to bread mixture. 4. Carefully pour over bread mixture. 5. Coat with bread crumb mixture. 6. Drain raisins and add to bread mixture. 7. Dip into milk mixture, then into bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. 8. Divide the bread crumb mixture and stuff the cavity of each fish with the mixture. 9. Fill the troughs with the bread crumb mixture. 10. Fill body cavity with bread crumb mixture. |
