1.   Drop by teaspoons into the boiling soup.

2.   Drizzle beaten eggs into boiling soup, stirring slowly.

3.   Gradually add to boiling soup, stirring constantly.

4.   Pour this mixture into a soup tureen and pour the boiling hot soup over it.
