21.   In a small bowl, blend the egg yolk and creme fraiche together, add to the chocolate mixture and stir to blend.

22.   Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine chili sauce, cilantro, lime juice horseradish and cumin and stir to blend.

23.   Pour fried seeds and oil into cucumber-yogurt mixture and stir to blend.

24.   Pour the sugar mixture into the chocolate and stir to blend.

25.   Puree until smooth, add to the bowl of pureed cucumbers, and stir to blend.

26.   Scrape pulp from vanilla bean into mixture, and stir to blend.

27.   Stir to blend.

28.   Stir to blend all the ingredients well.

29.   Stir to blend, cooking the turkey strips for about two minutes longer.

30.   Stir to blend into a smooth puree, or puree in a blender or food processor.
