1.   Add the wine, and stir to deglaze pan.

2.   Add sherry, and stir to deglaze pan.

3.   Add the broth to the pan and stir to deglaze.

4.   Add the wine, and stir to deglaze most of the fat.

5.   Cook until heated through, stirring to deglaze the pan.

6.   Reduce heat to low, and stir to deglaze.
