21. Remove bowl and set aside. 22. Remove bowl and stir with small rubber spatula until smooth. 23. Remove bowl and stir with wooden spoon or a rubber spatula until smooth. 24. Remove bowl from mixer and use a large rubber spatula to stir in flour mixture by hand. 25. Remove bowl from mixer if used. 26. Remove bowl from the mixer and scrape the beaters into the bowl. 27. Remove bowl from heat and add remaining dough, sugar and egg whites. 28. Remove bowl from heat and with an electric mixer beat meringue until it holds stiff glossy peaks. 29. Remove bowl from mixer and stir with the rubber spatula to make sure everything is thoroughly combined. 30. Remove bowl from mixer, and sift flour, salt and baking powder over eggs. |
