1.   Add the tomatoes and their liquid, the chicken broth, green chilies, paprika, cayenne and cumin.

2.   Another fine main course is grilled pork tenderloin that is basted with a green-and-red chili jelly, and served with a green chili potato.

3.   Beat eggs, milk, green chilies and seasoned salt and garlic pepper to taste until blended and pour evenly over top.

4.   Add black-eyed peas, jalapeno, green chilies and garlic salt.

5.   Adobada ribs and green chili enchiladas are house specialties.

6.   Add the canned green chilies, green onions, tomatoes, jicama and cilantro.

7.   All entrees come with a side order of black beans baked with mango juice and green chilis, and herbed white rice.

8.   All grown-up, she recalls that on their first date, she and her husband went out to eat green chili.

9.   But now many families gather in this Appalachian community for spicier fare -- tacos and burritos, enchiladas smothered in green chilies and flan or sopaipillas for dessert.

10.   Cilantro leaves and whole green chilies for garnish.
