Farther north, less humid air will reach the Midwest, though isolated thunderstorms will accompany a disturbance crossing the western Great Lakes. 4. In the second week of October, an unremarkable atmospheric disturbance, accompanied by thunderstorms, moved west out of the Sahel in Africa and into the Atlantic Ocean. 5. Isolated thunderstorms will accompany a cold front associated with the storm system from southeast Virginia to Florida. 6. Isolated thunderstorms will accompany the leading edge of the sea breeze along the Gulf Seaboard from the upper Texas to the western Florida coasts. 7. Scattered strong thunderstorms will accompany a cold front from southern Indiana to northern Texas. 8. Scattered thunderstorms will accompany the return of humid weather, but some sunshine is also expected. 9. The leading edge of this Canadian air mass will move into South Carolina and Tennessee accompanied by thunderstorms. 10. The phenomenon is often accompanied by thunderstorms. |
