A gentle to moderate southeast flow will prevail across the waters through Tuesday. 3. A light southeast flow will prevail across our area this afternoon allowing sea breezes to develop across most of the Puerto Rican coastlines. 4. A light to moderate southeast flow will continue to provide modest low level moisture. 5. A southeast flow of moist air at mid to upper levels developed over Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands overnight. 6. As afternoon heating and a gentle southeast flow combine, the development of an isolated thunderstorm is possible, mainly across the west and northwest sections of Puerto Rico. 7. Surface high pressure over the central north Atlantic will continue to produce a moderate east to southeast flow across the waters through Sunday. 8. The southeast flow around the trough will carry plenty of moisture over Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands through this afternoon. 9. There will be a slight increase in moisture in the southeast flow behind this wave through tonight. 10. This east flow may at times be interrupted by southeast flow working down to the surface in passing showers. |
