2.   An onshore flow of cool, moist air will promote coastal low clouds from Maine to Virginia while morning clouds will yield to afternoon showers in interior New England.

3.   An onshore flow of moist air will cause scattered rain showers from Washington to California with heavy snow showers across the Cascades and Sierra mountains.

4.   An onshore flow will bring tropical moisture toward the Southeast coast encouraging clusters of clouds and thundershowers from the Carolina coast to Florida.

5.   An onshore flow, however, will keep some clouds across extreme western Washington.

6.   Bands of showers will move into central and eastern New England in a moist onshore flow.

7.   A departing ocean storm near Bermuda will keep a strong onshore flow into the Middle Atlantic states.

8.   A brisk onshore flow across Florida will produce clouds and scattered showers over the southeast counties.

9.   A few showers will linger in the onshore flow near the Northwest Coast and in the Cascades.

10.   A moistening onshore flow will produce clouds in southern Texas.
