1.   Hewlett-Packard appears to be backing off, as well, instead focusing its energies on its computer-printer business and server division.

2.   Netscape said it will fold Kiva into its server products division headed by John Paul.

3.   Bak said Muglia was moved to the server division to help jumps-start that part of the company.

4.   Microsoft has already touted the server division as one of its fastest-growing and most profitable areas, but Bak said Ballmer felt it needed stronger leadership.
