1.   Chronicle attorneys contend Holmes wants to use Lenhart as a prosecutorial tool, but Holmes says the grand jurors violated secrecy oaths and he must pursue their prosecution.

2.   Holmes said the grand jurors violated secrecy oaths by contacting Lenhart and he is only doing his job by trying to prosecute them.

3.   So has Hoppy Heidelberg, a grand juror who discussed his views of the investigation with a reporter and was dismissed for breaking his secrecy oath.

7.   The ethics committee of the House of Representatives decided Wednesday not to take action against New Jersey Democrat Robert Torricelli for allegedly violating a secrecy oath.
