1.   Reserve fat in skillet.

2.   Drain in a sieve, reserving the fat.

3.   Pour off and reserve excess fat.

4.   Reserve any fat from pan.

5.   Reserve the fat in the pan.

6.   Remove from pan and crumble into a small bowl, reserving the fat.

7.   Reserve fat from pan.

8.   Reserve fat in pan.

9.   Reserve the fat to use in small amounts in all kinds of creations.

10.   Transfer with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain, reserving fat in pan.
