1. Remove potatoes from stove and, with hand-held potato masher, mash potatoes. 2. Remove potatoes to a towel. 3. Remove the potato and add the fish. 4. Remove potatoes, and cut in half horizontally. 5. Remove the potato and discard. 6. Remove potatoes from oven and cool. 7. Remove potatoes from rack and pat dry with paper towels. 8. Remove the potatoes from the oven. 9. Remove potatoes from grill and put in a medium bowl. 10. Remove potatoes to a warm bowl. |
