1. Arrange the mixture on a serving platter, and pour the remaining sauce over it. 2. Arrange the rolls in the pan so that the spirals are visible, and drizzle with the remaining sauce. 3. As the chicken cooks, brush on the remaining sauce used to marinate the chicken. 4. Accompany with remaining game sauce, served separately. 5. Add remaining sauce and toss again. 6. Add remaining sauce ingredients, including pepper to taste, and bring to a boil. 7. Add the fish, tomatoes, garlic, lemon slices and the remaining sauce. 8. Add the remaining sauce mixture to the liquid in the saucepan and quickly bring to a simmer. 9. Brush roast generously with remaining sauce. 10. Combine with remaining sauce, cover and refrigerate until cold. |
