1.   Frost the cake all over with the remaining frosting.

2.   Frost top and sides with remaining frosting.

3.   Frost top and sides of cake with remaining frosting.

4.   Keep remaining white frosting, covered and refrigerated until using to decorate cookies.

5.   Spoon remaining frosting into a pastry bag fitted with a medium size star tip and pipe rosettes on top of cake, if desired.

6.   Spread remaining frosting over top and sides.

7.   Use remaining refrigerated frosting to decorate tops of cookies.
