3.   Repeat with remaining cookie dough and trimmings.

4.   Repeat with the remaining cookie dough.

5.   Repeat with the remaining cookies.

6.   Top with remaining cookies, arranging in a single layer, flat sides up.

7.   Toss with half the remaining cookie crumbs and the chilled pudding.
