1. Attach small candies to cooled cookies with purchased decorating icing, if desired. 2. Beat until smooth, and use to frost cooled cookies. 3. Cooled cookies can be wrapped individually or in pairs. 4. Decorate cooled cookies. 5. Dip both ends of cooled cookies into chocolate and place on waxed paper to set. 6. Dip tops of cooled cookies in glaze. 7. Dip the thick, plain end of each cooled cookie in chocolate mixture and let excess drip back into the glass. 8. Dip tines of a fork in hot chocolate and drizzle over cooled cookies in a free-form pattern. 9. Holding a cooled cookie between your thumb and forefinger, dip the edge into the warm white chocolate to cover the top third of the cookie. 10. Place cooled cookies on wire racks set on top of newspaper to protect the countertop. |
