1.   Authorities said the recovered vehicles were stolen from dealerships and individuals in Canada and traced to a wholesale dealer in Mechanicsburg, Pa.

2.   The expenses incurred from returning, towing, storing and maintaining a recovered vehicle would be paid by the owner or his insurance company.
