1. Add potato cubes and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and heated through. 2. Add sage, carrots and potato cubes. 3. Combine the soup base and the cooked potato cubes with their cooking liquid in a pot with the heavy cream and the chopped cilantro. 4. For interest, broccoli rabe and potato cubes are cooked in boiling water and set aside. 5. Put potato cubes and garlic pulp through a ricer or mash them with a masher in a large mixing bowl. 6. While the meat is cooking, cook the potato cubes and green beans in separate pots of boiling salted water, just until each is tender. |
