1. Add the meat cubes and toss with your hands until coated. 2. Add meat cubes and bacon. 3. Cook, stirring constantly, until meat cubes are browned on all sides. 4. Heat the oil in a large, heavy pot and sear the meat cubes, duck and sausages in it until lightly browned. 5. Place seasoned meat cubes and seasoned flour in a plastic bag and shake well to coat. 6. Sprinkle combined seasonings over meat cubes in a large bowl. |
