1. Add melted butter, sugar, salt and vanilla and pulse to moisten cookie mixture. 2. Add sliced cheese and toss gently again, moistening mixture with reserved cooking water, if necessary. 3. Add warm liquid and egg to mixer bowl and beat at low speed until mixture is moistened. 4. Add just enough fish sauce to moisten mixture, and mix well. 5. Add melted butter and almond extract and pulse to moisten cookie mixture. 6. Moisten the mixture with the wine and add the Tabasco. 7. Moisten mixture with reserved tomato liquid. 8. Moisten the mixture with a little stock or water to make a sauce that coats the chicken. 9. Stir in enough orange juice to moisten mixture. 10. Stir until the flour mixture is moistened, adding a bit more milk if needed. |
